Each extra large jar contains ~2oz of our mushroom seasoning blend, comprised of dehydrated mushrooms, kosher sea salt, thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes, and granulated garlic.

We make all of our seasoning at the farm using only mushrooms grown on site, as well as high quality ingredients sourced regionally.
